African Community Initiative for Social Transformation (ACIST) is a prominent African nongovernmental organization operating in Uganda, Namibia, Zambia, and Malawi. Our organization is dedicated to empowering communities throughout Africa, leveraging local resources and community initiatives to enhance their social and economic well-being.
ACIST is firmly committed to contributing towards the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations. Our primary objective is to empower African communities within their respective localities.
We firmly believe that sustainable development starts at the grassroots level, and by focusing on the strengths and resources within each community, we can drive positive change.
